Do I need an EICR?
Potentially! On your Fuse Board there should be a sticker letting you know when the next inspection should be.

It's legislation that rented properties are tested EVERY 5 years, and we also recommend this time scale for every domestic property. Think of an EICR as an MOT for your house.
What is Part P and do I need it?
Part P refers to the electrical side of the Building Regulations. We can submit all of the relevant building notifications for you.
